Tiberiu Zamfirescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Irinel Cârnu in the 51st minute. Carloman's Tiberiu Zamfirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calistrat Bordeanu in the 64th minute of play. Tiberiu Zamfirescu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Liviu Lucaci showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 68 minute of play. Pompiliu Ursulescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gică Cârnațiu. Herla's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Irinel Cârnu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 81 played minutes Carloman got a freekick which was hit by Codrin Durbacă. 82 minutes into the match, Herla's Vasile Bocaneț sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiberiu Zamfirescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Calistrat Bordeanu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tiberiu Zamfirescu, 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liviu Lucaci in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiberiu Zamfirescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Calistrat Bordeanu came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Herla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Calistrat Bordeanu couldn't finish the play. Irinel Cârnu in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tiberiu Zamfirescu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tiberiu Zamfirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liviu Lucaci in the 93rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Carloman defense, Liviu Lucaci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiberiu Zamfirescu. The Carloman fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiberiu Zamfirescu should have stopped the shot. The Carloman fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Herla were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
