When Tautau's Horaţiu Ispir in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carloman's goalie prevented a goal. Carloman's Tiberiu Zamfirescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Carloman from getting a goal against them. Tiberiu Zamfirescu came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Tautau's Vali Ardeleanu. But to his dismay, Vali Ardeleanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pompiliu Ursulescu during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tautau's Claudiu Tonegaru got a free kick in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Carloman's Pompiliu Ursulescu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Nicolae Pânzariu kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Panait Cojocaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carloman's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tautau the free kick. In the 25th match minute, Carloman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panait Cojocaru to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Sabin Astafiei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carloman fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Carloman's Tiberiu Zamfirescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Carloman from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Nicolae Pânzariu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tautau's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolae Pânzariu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiberiu Zamfirescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Gabriel Macrea made a precise shot to the right of Andrei Ciucă. Tautau's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 43rd minute, Nicolae Pânzariu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Tautau players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Carloman were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Panait Cojocaru made the kick off in the second half. Sabin Astafiei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Andrei Ciucă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute Gabriel Macrea suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Nicolae Pânzariu's late challenge caught a Carloman's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolae Pânzariu helped the player get up and apologised. Andrei Ciucă made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sabin Astafiei in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Damian Cârlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudiu Tonegaru during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Tautau's Andrei Ciucă got control of the ball when Sabin Astafiei tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiberiu Zamfirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vintilă Cupșa, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Damian Cârlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiberiu Zamfirescu having to interfere. Tiberiu Zamfirescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damian Cârlan went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sabin Astafiei got free with Andrei Ciucă in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chants of Carloman echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Tautau had held the ball for most of the match.
