Spectators: 7410 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Laurențiu Arghir made the kick off which started today's match. Adam Drăgan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Secară having to interfere. Dan Năsturel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vlad Gogu having to make a save. 9 minutes into the game, Claudiu Șeimeanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Concordia Chiajna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manau the free kick. Claudiu Șeimeanu hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Stelian Hurezeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicu Secară saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manau's Vlad Gogu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurențiu Arghir in the 17th minute of play. If Dan Năsturel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Dan Năsturel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vlad Gogu was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Laurențiu Arghir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Florin Capșuneanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Laurențiu Arghir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dan Năsturel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Vlad Gogu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Năsturel in the 43rd minute of play forced Manau's goalkeeper Vlad Gogu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Drăgan was the one to do the kick off. Laurențiu Arghir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Vlad Gogu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Laurențiu Arghir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Concordia Chiajna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laurențiu Arghir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Laurențiu Arghir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 minutes, Dorel Timofte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Concordia Chiajna and the Manau players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vlad Gogu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Năsturel in the 68th minute. Vlad Gogu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurențiu Arghir in the 69th minute of play. Mircea Bocaneț sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stelian Hurezeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Secară having to interfere. If Adam Drăgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Silviu Afloarei came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Concordia Chiajna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silviu Afloarei couldn't finish the play. Laurențiu Arghir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silviu Afloarei's late challenge caught a Manau's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silviu Afloarei helped the player get up and apologised. If Mircea Bocaneț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes, Manau's Nistor Moisescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nicu Secară came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manau reached it. The Manau players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
