After a defensive mix-up in Manau's zone, Denis Constantiniu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlad Gogu came out of the goal and Denis Constantiniu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeus Phoenix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Capșuneanu in the 7th minute of play. After some careless play in the Manau defense, Denis Constantiniu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vlad Gogu. The Manau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vlad Gogu should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Manau getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Adam Drăgan hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Manau's Florin Capșuneanu got a free kick in the 15th minute. The supporters of Halinga booed when Manau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Drăgan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vlad Gogu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iurie Bucataru in the 18th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Constantiniu got free with Vlad Gogu in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florin Capșuneanu kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. With a little luck, Manau's Vlad Gogu got control of the ball when Denis Constantiniu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stelian Hurezeanu charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stelian Hurezeanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stelian Hurezeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Denis Constantiniu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Vlad Gogu made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Denis Constantiniu sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Iurie Bucataru made the kick off in the second half. If Dan Burileanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlad Gogu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denis Constantiniu went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 56th minute, Shekwodiza Opeyemi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Halinga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Shekwodiza Opeyemi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 66th minute, Iurie Bucataru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Halinga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Stelian Hurezeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 73 minutes of play, Halinga's Denis Constantiniu made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vlad Gogu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zeus Phoenix made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Adam Drăgan sent off a good shot on target. Manau's Vlad Gogu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shekwodiza Opeyemi in the 79th minute of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Constantiniu in the 82nd minute of play forced Manau's goalkeeper Vlad Gogu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iurie Bucataru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Gogu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelian Hurezeanu in the 88th minute of play forced Halinga's goalkeeper Zeus Phoenix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeus Phoenix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mircea Bocaneț in the 89th minute of play. Vlad Gogu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Constantiniu in the 92nd minute of play. Florin Capșuneanu hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Denis Constantiniu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Gogu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Halinga were the better team. Halinga's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
