The referee showed Bogdan Cosor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A hard shot by Nichifor Ştefănescu from long distance, 13 minutes into the match, got Eduard Chimeț's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The crowd rose to their feet as Vermis's Ştefan Grigore slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eduard Chimeț. That made the score 2-1 after 15 minutes of play. In the 20th minute, Georg Noora made a precise shot to the right of Cosmin Ilarie. Vermis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Panait Văcărescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eduard Chimeț. That made the score 3-2 in the 23 minute of play. Ion Aldulea in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eduard Chimeț, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, EVELYN's Georg Noora got a free kick in the 28th minute. Eduard Chimeț made an important save on a dangerous shot by Panait Văcărescu in the 29th minute. Ion Aldulea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eduard Chimeț having to make a save. Panait Văcărescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Eduard Chimeț when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 37th minute, Georg Noora made a precise shot to the right of Cosmin Ilarie. Vermis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. 40 minutes into the match, Vermis's goal looked a bit too open when Laurits Rogne came free, but Cosmin Ilarie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of EVELYN booed when Vermis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nichifor Ştefănescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ion Aldulea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduard Chimeț having to interfere. In the 47thth minute of the game Panait Văcărescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EVELYN's Eduard Chimeț was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

53 minutes into the game, Ion Aldulea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Eduard Chimeț was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute Ion Aldulea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduard Chimeț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Vermis defense, Laurits Rogne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cosmin Ilarie. The Vermis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cosmin Ilarie should have stopped the shot. Cosmin Ilarie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Noora, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. When Vermis's Panait Văcărescu in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye EVELYN's goalie prevented a goal. Vermis's Cosmin Ilarie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Vermis from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Georg Noora kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cosmin Ilarie. That made the score 4-5 in the 77 minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Vermis's goalkeeper Cosmin Ilarie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luca Târban. EVELYN's Eduard Chimeț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panait Văcărescu in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, EVELYN's goal looked a bit too open when Panait Văcărescu came free, but Eduard Chimeț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luca Târban hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Eduard Chimeț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ion Aldulea in the 91st minute of the match. A collision led to Vermis getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ştefan Grigore hit a great ball. Cosmin Ilarie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laurits Rogne in the 96th minute. Vermis were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
