Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Emanuel Prezans short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Iustin Dudea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Emanuel Prezan fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Greoni's protests and gave Emanuel Prezan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tineretul Arad booed when Greoni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Prezan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Iurie Bujor notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Greoni's Iordache Josan. Iordache Josan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabian Macarie kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Emanuel Prezan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Greoni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Prezan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugurel Vasiliu in the 18th minute of play forced Greoni's goalkeeper Iordache Josan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Mănescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Negrescu kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Iordache Josan came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Tineretul Arad's Iurie Bujor. But to his dismay, Iurie Bujor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 43 played minutes Greoni got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Macarie. Mugurel Vasiliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Josan having to interfere. Iordache Josan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iurie Bujor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Mugurel Vasiliu made the kick off in the second half. Mugurel Vasiliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Josan having to interfere. In the 56thth minute of the game Fabian Macarie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tineretul Arad's Iustin Dudea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Tineretul Arad getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Denis Mănescu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Prezan in the 65th minute of play forced Tineretul Arad's goalkeeper Iustin Dudea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Felix Negrescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tineretul Arad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Greoni the free kick. Felix Negrescu kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tineretul Arad's Denis Mănescu got a free kick in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Emanuel Prezan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Iustin Dudea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iurie Bujor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, Mugurel Vasiliu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Tineretul Arad's Iurie Bujor in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Greoni's goalie prevented a goal. Iurie Bujor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Iordache Josan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
