To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valter Zenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionel Alupoaie in the 27th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Forex's zone, Gică Şerbănescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mugur Basarab came out of the goal and Gică Şerbănescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 30 played minutes Fc Forex got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Jecu. Ionel Alupoaie scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valter Zenga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fc Forex's Mugur Basarab proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Fc Forex from getting a goal against them. Fabio Cera who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Mugur Basarab when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edgar Arghir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugur Basarab having to interfere. Mugur Basarab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Cera, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionel Alupoaie in the 52nd minute of play forced Lucas FC's goalkeeper Valter Zenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mugur Basarab was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 80 minutes into the game, Șerban Angelescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Forex's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lucas FC the free kick. In the 80th minute, Șerban Angelescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute Edgar Arghir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugur Basarab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octav Axinte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Valter Zenga made a huge save. Fabio Cera scored 4-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mugur Basarab, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabio Cera during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
