Ciorobereni CS's Eric Ştoia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornel Elenescu in the 20th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cornel Elenescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eric Ştoia was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 25th minute, Cătălin Scutaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
