Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Constantin Lupașcu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Costică Anghel was a little too slow when Cătălin Joldea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 10th minute, Cătălin Joldea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costică Anghel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gelu Bala went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, FC PESCARII's Ştefan Paveliuc got a free kick in the 15th minute. Gelu Bala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costică Anghel having to interfere. Costel Honcioiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ciprian Baldazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cătălin Joldea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Costică Anghel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gelu Bala showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 36 minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Cătălin Joldea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Costică Anghel. Bikszad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cătălin Joldea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gelu Bala to strike the kick off in the second half. Iulian Teodoroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Costel Honcioiu got free with Ciprian Baldazar in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Costică Anghel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cătălin Joldea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Gelu Bala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Costică Anghel was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. 62 minutes into the game, Bikszad's Costel Honcioiu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gelu Bala in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Costică Anghel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Gelu Bala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 78 minutes, Gelu Bala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC PESCARII's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gelu Bala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Cătălin Joldea sped through Bikszad's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Costică Anghel. Cătălin Joldea scored 8-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Costică Anghel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantin Lupașcu in the 94th minute of play forced FC PESCARII's goalkeeper Ciprian Baldazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Corneliu Musceleanu fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC PESCARII's protests and gave Corneliu Musceleanu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 98th minute, Corneliu Musceleanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC PESCARII's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
