Spectators: 7680 (Terracing: 5761, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Octav Iorgulescu kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Barkani's Dorel Avram got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute Remus Vlădoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Răducu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Barkani's goal looked a bit too open when Cristinel Șeimeanu came free, but Filip Răducu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maxim Bivolaru struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Eusebiu Mareș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barkani. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Cristinel Șeimeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nastase's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristinel Șeimeanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filip Răducu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Liviu Cristian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filip Răducu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Remus Vlădoiu went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Barkani's Liviu Cristian got a free kick in the 34th minute. Filip Răducu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Zâncă, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Cazimir Ivan took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusebiu Mareș. Eusebiu Mareș dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Barkani's Filip Răducu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Vlădoiu in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Liviu Cristian made a kick off. After 57 minutes, Gavril Lobonț mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barkani and the Nastase players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gavril Lobonț kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Octav Iorgulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Filip Răducu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barkani's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Remus Vlădoiu scored to the left of an out of position Filip Răducu, making the score, 1-2. Filip Răducu was a little too slow when Remus Vlădoiu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 1-3. Filip Răducu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Vlădoiu in the 72nd minute of play. Dorel Avram fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebiu Mareș having to interfere. Eusebiu Mareș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Cristian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dorel Avram had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dorel Avram came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Barkani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorel Avram couldn't finish the play.
