Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gottlob's Narcis Mardare started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Moise Pânzariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narcis Mardare in the 5th minute of play. Moise Pânzariu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Narcis Mardare's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Hereclean's Moise Pânzariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcis Mardare in the 15th minute of play. Narcis Mardare took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moise Pânzariu. Moise Pânzariu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Hereclean's zone, Narcis Mardare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moise Pânzariu came out of the goal and Narcis Mardare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute Narcis Mardare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moise Pânzariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gottlob's Mihnea Şerbănescu got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Narcis Mardare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gottlob's supporters rose to their feet, but Narcis Mardare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moise Pânzariu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30th minute, Mihnea Şerbănescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hereclean's Moise Pânzariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcis Mardare in the 32nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hereclean's zone, Horia Georgescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moise Pânzariu came out of the goal and Horia Georgescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the game, Filip Ciocoiu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hereclean's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gottlob the free kick. Filip Ciocoiu hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gigel Cismarescu during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Gottlob getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Horia Georgescu hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Narcis Mardare's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Moise Pânzariu was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vali Deliman made a kick off. Gottlob's Mihnea Şerbănescu got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Hereclean getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. David Aluculesei hit a great ball. Narcis Mardare succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 56th playminute. Moise Pânzariu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mihnea Şerbănescu in the 64th minute. A collision led to Gottlob getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sandu Văduva hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the game, Narcis Mardare lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Moise Pânzariu. In the 77th minute, Filip Ciocoiu made a precise shot to the right of Marcel Bilașco. Gottlob's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Iacob Roşu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moise Pânzariu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Narcis Mardare's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hereclean's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gigi Todoran was slow to take the kick. During this time Gottlob's players had a chance to rest. Narcis Mardare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moise Pânzariu having to interfere. Narcis Mardare did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Moise Pânzariu 89 minutes into the match. Narcis Mardare in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Moise Pânzariu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Moise Pânzariu stood somewhat misplaced when Narcis Mardare came free in front of goal and shot 1-5 to the left of him in the 95 minute. When the match was over Gottlob could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hereclean throughout the match.
