Spectators: 7691 (Terracing: 5769, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marian Onișoru took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hereclean's Moise Pânzariu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Hereclean from getting a goal against them. 5 minutes into the match, I.S.C.T's Răzvan Mateianu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moise Pânzariu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Valeriu Dulgherescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. I.S.C.T's supporters rose to their feet, but Valeriu Dulgherescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moise Pânzariu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iulian Bocaneț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vali Deliman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Aluculesei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iulian Bocaneț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Ciocoiu in the 18th minute of the match. Marian Onișoru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Valeriu Dulgherescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moise Pânzariu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Luca Roman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iulian Bocaneț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Aluculesei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Mihail Olariu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iulian Bocaneț. I.S.C.T's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mihail Olariu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Gelu Turceanu charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gelu Turceanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gelu Turceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Hereclean's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luca Roman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 48th minute of the match I.S.C.T got a corner. Hereclean's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marian Onișoru ran over to the corner to take the kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Vali Deliman made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valeriu Dulgherescu in the 53rd minute of play forced Hereclean's goalkeeper Moise Pânzariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Hereclean booed when I.S.C.T was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nistor Floroiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, I.S.C.T's Iulian Bocaneț got control of the ball when Filip Ciocoiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iulian Bocaneț made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Mihail Olariu sent off a good shot on target. I.S.C.T's Marian Onișoru got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marian Onișoru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Moise Pânzariu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Aluculesei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Iulian Bocaneț tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. I.S.C.T's Marian Onișoru got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moise Pânzariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Roman in the 72nd minute of the match. If Răzvan Mateianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marian Onișoru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moise Pânzariu having to interfere. Marian Onișoru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, I.S.C.T's Iulian Bocaneț got control of the ball when Filip Ciocoiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Moise Pânzariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Răzvan Mateianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 played minutes I.S.C.T got a freekick which was hit by Matei Crăiniceanu. Vali Deliman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Valeriu Dulgherescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moise Pânzariu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valeriu Dulgherescu ran back to his position shaking his head. I.S.C.T were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
