Spectators: 7671 (Terracing: 5754, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marian Cimpoieru kicked off to start the match. Iulian Bocaneț came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Plapcea's Marian Cimpoieru. But to his dismay, Marian Cimpoieru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Răzvan Mateianu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Baiano having to interfere. Luca Roman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mugur Leucuța kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Plapcea! The referee gave I.S.C.T a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marian Onișoru, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Plapcea's Chico Baiano. 1-1. If Marian Onișoru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marius Gârniceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Marian Onișoru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marian Onișoru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Baiano having to interfere. Chico Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Răzvan Mateianu in the 45th minute of the match. Nistor Floroiu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chico Baiano having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marian Onișoru to make the kick off. Luca Roman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Chico Baiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matei Crăiniceanu hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Marian Onișoru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Baiano having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Plapcea's Avram Preda got a free kick in the 68th minute. After a rather tough play, Plapcea's Mugur Leucuța got a free kick in the 70th minute. 78 minutes into the game, Marius Gârniceanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Plapcea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave I.S.C.T the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Plapcea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marius Gârniceanu to maneuver through the defense. Plapcea's Chico Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Ichim in the 81st minute of play. Chico Baiano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marian Onișoru's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Răzvan Mateianu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Baiano having to interfere. After 87 minutes, Francisc Ichim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the I.S.C.T and the Plapcea players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, I.S.C.T's Francisc Ichim got a free kick in the 87th minute. Valeriu Dulgherescu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When Răzvan Mateianu came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the I.S.C.T fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Răzvan Mateianu couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that I.S.C.T were the better team. I.S.C.T's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
