After a defensive mix-up in DIXIE FOTBAL CLUB's zone, Ernest Tăbăcaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gigi Bulgar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 25 minutes, Martin Tănăsocă made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. DIXIE FOTBAL CLUB's Gigi Bulgar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute, Martin Tănăsocă made a precise shot to the right of Gigi Bulgar. DIXIE FOTBAL CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Tănăsocă in the 33rd minute of play forced DIXIE FOTBAL CLUB's goalkeeper Gigi Bulgar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ionuț Vasiloiu to strike the kick off in the second half. Dinu Pânzaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Isărescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Bobotesti AFC's Dinu Pânzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionuț Vasiloiu in the 54th minute of play. In the 56thth minute of the game Martin Tănăsocă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DIXIE FOTBAL CLUB's Gigi Bulgar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tudor Isărescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinu Pânzaru having to interfere. The supporters of Bobotesti AFC booed when DIXIE FOTBAL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihail Gârneț didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moise Grigorie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ionuț Vasiloiu's late challenge caught a Bobotesti AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ionuț Vasiloiu helped the player get up and apologised. Bobotesti AFC's Benjamin Onbera shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gigi Bulgar but with some difficulty. Adrian Jecu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Adrian Jecu fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DIXIE FOTBAL CLUB's protests and gave Adrian Jecu a yellow card for diving instead. Adrian Jecu hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Bobotesti AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
