Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Flavia's Jean-Pierre Cantona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ionică Tomoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Pierre Cantona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Jean-Pierre Cantona notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Diudiu's Ionică Tomoiu. Ionică Tomoiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 12-0 at half-time.
