Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sabin Coroian took the kick off in the first half of the match. Plavaia's Alex Godeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Cangeopol in the 5th minute of play. After 10 minutes of play, FC NFC's Marian Comișel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alex Godeanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the game, FC NFC's Sabin Coroian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alex Godeanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 17th minute, Viorel Ghișe made a precise shot to the right of Alex Godeanu. Plavaia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Alex Godeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Cangeopol, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 27th minute, Fabian Cangeopol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alex Godeanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 32 minutes into the match, Plavaia's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Comișel came free, but Alex Godeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Viorel Ghișe made a precise shot to the right of Alex Godeanu. Plavaia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Alex Godeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Comișel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Ovidiu Chircu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ion Manciulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ovidiu Chircu made a kick off. When Sabin Coroian came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the FC NFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabin Coroian couldn't finish the play. Manole Răducu kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Alex Godeanu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alex Godeanu made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Viorel Ghișe sent off a good shot on target. Sabin Coroian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marian Comișel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Alex Godeanu made a huge save. After 61 minutes, Gheorghe Hodorog mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Plavaia and the FC NFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rdth minute of the game Sabin Coroian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Plavaia's Alex Godeanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manole Răducu hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Sergiu Gugea, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Fabian Cangeopol received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alex Godeanu came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabian Cangeopol slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 77th minute. Alex Godeanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Cangeopol in the 86th minute of play. Alex Godeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Cangeopol, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Ovidiu Chircu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
