Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) MANCHESTER CITY's Ilie Mihele started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ilie Mihele in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ion Manciulescu saved FC NFC from getting behind. After 6 minutes, Iustinian Gurlui mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MANCHESTER CITY and the FC NFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 8 minutes into the match, FC NFC's Marian Comișel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcel Uncheşelu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sabin Coroian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Marcel Uncheşelu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valer Crăciun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ion Manciulescu having to interfere. Valer Crăciun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Viorel Ghișe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29thth minute of the game Ilie Mihele who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC NFC's Ion Manciulescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Fabian Cangeopol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC NFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MANCHESTER CITY the free kick. Fabian Cangeopol hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Iustinian Gurlui kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Marcel Uncheşelu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergiu Gugea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Valer Crăciun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ion Manciulescu. FC NFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valer Crăciun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 46 minutes, Fabian Cangeopol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC NFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Cangeopol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Sabin Coroian made the kick off in the second half. Marian Comișel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the match, MANCHESTER CITY's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Comișel came free, but Marcel Uncheşelu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sabin Coroian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Marcel Uncheşelu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sabin Coroian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcel Uncheşelu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabin Coroian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabin Coroian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marian Comișel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Uncheşelu having to interfere. Marian Comișel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcel Uncheşelu having to make a save. In the 88th minute, Sabin Coroian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcel Uncheşelu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valer Crăciun in the 92nd minute of play forced FC NFC's goalkeeper Ion Manciulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilie Mihele struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Ion Manciulescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MANCHESTER CITY. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
