Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rareș Coja kicked off to start the match. Ioan Șeimeanu in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alexandru Cucerzan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rafo Onesti's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gigel Voicu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fc Moon's Eusebiu Plopan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 17th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Alexandru Cucerzan but with some difficulty. Gelu Pânzaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rareș Coja in the 20th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Alin Călinescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alexandru Cucerzan, 2-1. Alexandru Cucerzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alin Călinescu in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Rareș Coja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ioan Șeimeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alin Călinescu made a kick off. Eusebiu Vâlceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Alin Călinescu made a precise shot to the right of Alexandru Cucerzan. C.S. Rafo Onesti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After 63 played minutes C.S. Rafo Onesti got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Coja. Rareș Coja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gelu Pânzaru having to interfere. The supporters of C.S. Rafo Onesti booed when Fc Moon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petrică Muraru didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rareș Coja in the 68th minute of play forced Fc Moon's goalkeeper Gelu Pânzaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rareș Coja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Gelu Pânzaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ioan Șeimeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandru Cucerzan having to interfere. Gelu Pânzaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rareș Coja, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 87th minute, Eusebiu Plopan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gelu Pânzaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rareș Coja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
