Rafo Onesti's goal looked a bit too open when Eliodor Moise came free, but Alexandru Cucerzan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rareș Coja stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Fc Berca's Alexandru Cucerzan threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eliodor Moise, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rareș Coja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Cristian Boldișor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliodor Moise struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Alexandru Cucerzan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Berca. Vasile Roșeanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandru Cucerzan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Alexandru Cucerzan was a little too slow when Vasile Roșeanu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-2. Eliodor Moise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandru Cucerzan having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Eliodor Moise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandru Cucerzan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Vasile Roșeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliodor Moise in the 93rd minute of play forced C.S. Rafo Onesti's goalkeeper Alexandru Cucerzan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
