Post out! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicu Postelnicescu in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicodim Grămescu saved ASU Politehnica Timisoara from getting behind. Ernest Aplugăriței hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicu Postelnicescu in the 20th minute of play forced ASU Politehnica Timisoara's goalkeeper Nicodim Grămescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Macai's Nicu Postelnicescu in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anton Afloarei made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Nicu Postelnicescu took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Nicodim Grămescu to make any attempt to save it. When George Torouţ was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, ASU Politehnica Timisoara's George Torouţ got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, Claudiu Ghețea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Octavian Sângeorzan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. The supporters of Macai booed when ASU Politehnica Timisoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavian Sângeorzan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Vasile Bârlă reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicodim Grămescu. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 76th match minute, ASU Politehnica Timisoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pompiliu Ibrișin to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicu Postelnicescu in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicodim Grămescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicu Postelnicescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Nicodim Grămescu made a huge save. With a little luck, ASU Politehnica Timisoara's Nicodim Grămescu got control of the ball when Nicu Postelnicescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicu Postelnicescu in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
