Teodor Mihăilă kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Anton Dulfu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sorin Lupșoiu in the 11th minute of the match. Sorin Lupșoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Dulfu having to interfere. Ionel Milea's late challenge caught a Dinamo1948's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ionel Milea helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dinamo1948 booed when Cs Luco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionel Milea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dinamo1948's Teodor Mihăilă couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cs Luco. In the 20th match minute, Cs Luco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionel Milea to maneuver through the defense. Isac Tăgorean was a little too slow when Cătălin Mangra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. The supporters of Cs Luco booed when Dinamo1948 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Tunar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cs Luco's Isac Tăgorean proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Cs Luco from getting a goal against them. Cătălin Mangra struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Isac Tăgorean didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dinamo1948. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narcis Milcu was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Cs Luco booed when Dinamo1948 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodor Mihăilă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dumitru Druga, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gheorghe Călin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isac Tăgorean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cătălin Mangra, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Ivan Tunar made in the 73rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cs Luco's Dumitru Druga. When Iacob Vintilă came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Dinamo1948 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iacob Vintilă couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Filip Carp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isac Tăgorean was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Cătălin Mangra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Tăgorean having to interfere. Silviu Cobzeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Anton Dulfu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinamo1948 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cs Luco for a fine match.
