Lucrețiu Augustin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basarab Drăgoi in the 4th minute of the match. Iordache Rădoi kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Horia Beșleaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Remus Prodan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Remus Prodan managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Nuntasi AFC's Marius Stăniloaie fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Cornel Mincă fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nuntasi AFC's protests and gave Cornel Mincă a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Nuntasi AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Cornel Mincă hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the game, Leonard Pârlog was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC RamonRaul's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nuntasi AFC the free kick. A collision led to FC RamonRaul getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Leonard Pârlog hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, FC RamonRaul's goalkeeper Remus Prodan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marius Stăniloaie. Mugur Verzeanu's late challenge caught a Nuntasi AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mugur Verzeanu helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 played minutes FC RamonRaul got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Verzeanu. Horia Beșleaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Remus Prodan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuntasi AFC's Lucrețiu Augustin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Pârlog in the 22nd minute of play. Marius Stăniloaie scored 1-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remus Prodan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Basarab Dicu fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC RamonRaul's protests and gave Basarab Dicu a yellow card for diving instead. Horia Beșleaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remus Prodan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marius Stăniloaie went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. If Marius Stăniloaie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC RamonRaul's Remus Prodan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save FC RamonRaul from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute, Horia Beșleaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Panaite got free with Remus Prodan in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horia Beșleaga made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, FC RamonRaul's goal looked a bit too open when Iordache Rădoi came free, but Remus Prodan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Iordache Rădoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nuntasi AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Iordache Rădoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remus Prodan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgar Panaite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remus Prodan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Stăniloaie, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Leonard Pârlog managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC RamonRaul's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iordache Rădoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. If Marius Stăniloaie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Stăniloaie in the 94th minute of play forced FC RamonRaul's goalkeeper Remus Prodan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC RamonRaul's zone, Edgar Panaite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remus Prodan came out of the goal and Edgar Panaite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nuntasi AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
