Costin Dobrițoiu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Filip Tender showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 37 minute of play. The referee gave Frasin CSM a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lucian Lucan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Dorneni's Costin Dobrițoiu. 2-0. Costin Dobrițoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Tender in the 75th minute of the match. Claudiu Drăgănoiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mihăiţă Mititelu might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iacob Levința. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mihăiţă Mititelu ran back to his position shaking his head. Eduard Cârstea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Dobrițoiu having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Frasin CSM were victorious despite being under pressure from Dorneni for much of the match.
