Costin Dobrițoiu made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Manuel Zbârlea sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 80 minutes of play Dorneni's Nicodim Rusu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
