Marius Balint showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurențiu Călimanescu in the 18th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Fabian Pamfil sped through -PSC- CFR Pascani's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Costin Gheorghiță. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mihai Durbac during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to christian team getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Mihai Durbac hit a great ball. If Fabian Pamfil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Pamfil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Costin Gheorghiță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihai Durbac succeeded in the game's 49th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Pamfil was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliodor Zăgănescu in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marius Balint saved christian team from getting behind. Marius Balint didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliodor Zăgănescu went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. christian team's Marius Balint played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Zăgănescu in the 68th minute of play. During the 68th minute of the match Mihai Durbac completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mihai Durbac a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laurențiu Călimanescu in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marius Balint prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, christian team's Iulian Ungheanu got a free kick in the 71st minute. With his leg Costin Gheorghiță managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when christian team's Ivan Pavelescu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Iulian Ungheanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Costin Gheorghiță. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iulian Ungheanu ran back to his position shaking his head. Ivan Pavelescu struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Costin Gheorghiță didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for christian team. After having played for 89 minutes, Ivan Pavelescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. christian team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Pavelescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabian Pamfil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Costin Gheorghiță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Laurențiu Călimanescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. -PSC- CFR Pascani's supporters rose to their feet, but Laurențiu Călimanescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marius Balint breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ivan Pavelescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 100th minute of the match, but Costin Gheorghiță made a huge save. christian team's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
