After having played for 15 minutes, Honorio Montae managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Salitos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorio Montae was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of FC Salitos booed when Doina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Novac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sorin Pencu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Montae in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Henriksson in the 21st minute of play forced Doina FC's goalkeeper Sorin Pencu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Bryan Gil made a precise shot to the right of Sorin Pencu. Doina FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 29 minutes into the game, Iustin Porumbescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Salitos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doina FC the free kick. The supporters of Doina FC booed when FC Salitos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iustin Porumbescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the FC Salitos defense, Nicodim Doloman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiberiu Bobe. The FC Salitos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiberiu Bobe should have stopped the shot. In the 34th minute Honorio Montae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sorin Pencu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Doina FC's goal looked a bit too open when 石亦克 came free, but Sorin Pencu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th match minute, Doina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marius Pogea to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Doina FC's goalkeeper Sorin Pencu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iustin Porumbescu. Sorin Pencu was a little too slow when Honorio Montae got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-2. After 44 minutes, Nicodim Doloman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Doina FC and the FC Salitos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Nicodim Doloman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Salitos's Tiberiu Bobe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicodim Doloman in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicodim Doloman to make the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Doina FC's goalkeeper Sorin Pencu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Salitos were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Doina FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iustin Porumbescu took the corner. After 54 played minutes Doina FC got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Diaz. Sorin Pencu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Codrin Nițisor, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Honorio Montae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Sorin Pencu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, FC Salitos's goal looked a bit too open when Mircea Chiliman came free, but Tiberiu Bobe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th match minute, FC Salitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tudor Cismaș to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Carl Henriksson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sorin Pencu was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Sorin Pencu came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Salitos's Carl Henriksson. But to his dismay, Carl Henriksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Sorin Pencu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryan Gil, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Doina FC's zone, Bryan Gil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sorin Pencu came out of the goal and Bryan Gil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Lorenzo Diaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that FC Salitos were the better team. FC Salitos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
