Leonard Mineață made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Avramescu in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th minute Filip Zamfirescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavril Chifu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavril Chifu came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Lindenfeld's Basarab Enescu. But to his dismay, Basarab Enescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Felix Brădean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Avramescu kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Filip Zamfirescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gavril Chifu was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Felix Brădean charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Brădean the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Felix Brădean hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filip Zamfirescu in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. The tension between the Lindenfeld and the Catalu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Basarab Enescu kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Albert Musta's late challenge caught a Lindenfeld's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albert Musta helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Catalu's Albert Musta got a free kick in the 26th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Avramescu was the one to do the kick off. In the 79th minute, Basarab Enescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gavril Chifu. The goal made the score 1-6. In the 81st minute of the match, Robert Grigoroiu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gavril Chifu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Filip Zamfirescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gavril Chifu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filip Zamfirescu ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Catalu getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Felix Brădean hit a great ball. Robert Grigoroiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Gavril Chifu made a huge save. When Felix Brădean was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played. A collision led to Catalu getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Felix Brădean hit a great ball. If Basarab Enescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Catalu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lindenfeld were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
