Mugurel Cerchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Muntian in the 9th minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, FC Grove Street was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olimpiu Miclea to maneuver through the defense. Tudor Covataru got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-0 in the right cross in the 25th match minute before Mugurel Cerchez had time to react. Tudor Covataru was extremely unlucky when he, in the 29th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of AAMrFane booed when FC Grove Street was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiberiu Almăgean didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to FC Grove Street getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Olimpiu Miclea hit a great ball. Tudor Covataru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martin Muntian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Tudor Covataru managed to get in a good position for a shot. AAMrFane's supporters rose to their feet, but Tudor Covataru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mugurel Cerchez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, FC Grove Street's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Muntian came free, but Mugurel Cerchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mugurel Cerchez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tudor Covataru in the 38th minute. AAMrFane were furious when Mihai Frățilă was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of AAMrFane:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Grove Street:s goal. Damian Giurăscu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Mugurel Cerchez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Muntian to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragoş Feteanu in the 54th minute of play forced FC Grove Street's goalkeeper Mugurel Cerchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Muntian might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugurel Cerchez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Muntian ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 60th minute, Martin Muntian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mugurel Cerchez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Martin Muntian scored 3-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mugurel Cerchez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petre Chiriloaie in the 71st minute of play forced AAMrFane's goalkeeper Radu Crivoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AAMrFane's Radu Crivoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save AAMrFane from getting a goal against them. 76 minutes into the match, FC Grove Street's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Muntian came free, but Mugurel Cerchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Martin Muntian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Giurăscu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugurel Cerchez having to interfere. Radu Crivoi made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Tudor Nae sent off a good shot on target. 92 minutes into the game, AAMrFane's Martin Muntian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mugurel Cerchez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Martin Muntian's late challenge caught a FC Grove Street's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Muntian helped the player get up and apologised. Martin Muntian kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petre Chiriloaie in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Radu Crivoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the AAMrFane players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
