The audience was convinced that Qiao Cheng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugen Poenaru was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Eugen Poenaru came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. STEAUA BUCURESTI's Mehmet Ali Ergönül. But to his dismay, Mehmet Ali Ergönül quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Qiao Cheng took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugen Poenaru. Eugen Poenaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Robert Negulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Curtean having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Maksymilian Traczewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugen Poenaru was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Qiao Cheng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, AS ErRoR's Anton Croitoru got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Qiao Cheng struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Eugen Poenaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. STEAUA BUCURESTI. The AS ErRoR players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. F.C. STEAUA BUCURESTI were winning 0-3.

Daniel Călinescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to F.C. STEAUA BUCURESTI getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Petre Ganea hit a great ball.
