Eugen Poenaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Călin Zăreanu in the 9th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gherghita FCM's zone, Robert Negulescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tudor Davidescu came out of the goal and Robert Negulescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Robert Negulescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AS ErRoR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 15 played minutes AS ErRoR got a freekick which was hit by Anton Croitoru. In the 18th minute of the match Flavius Luican shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eugen Poenaru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. AS ErRoR's Eugen Poenaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Călin Zăreanu in the 20th minute of play. If Călin Zăreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes Gherghita FCM got a freekick which was hit by Iustinian Elefteriu. In the 30th minute, AS ErRoR's Daniel Călinescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Anton Croitoru hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by AS ErRoR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Flavius Luican was slow to take the kick. During this time Gherghita FCM's players had a chance to rest. Gherghita FCM's Flavius Luican was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eugen Poenaru in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eugen Poenaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tudor Rucăreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Tudor Rucăreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gherghita FCM's supporters rose to their feet, but Tudor Rucăreanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugen Poenaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iosif Mălăele during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, AS ErRoR's Iosif Mălăele got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Tudor Rucăreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Poenaru having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Călinescu to make the kick off. In the 59th minute of the match, Călin Zăreanu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eugen Poenaru saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Călin Zăreanu in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugen Poenaru saved AS ErRoR from getting behind. Eugen Poenaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Călin Zăreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrei Scutaru kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. If Daniel Călinescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Gherghita FCM getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Traian Gogea hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tudor Rucăreanu got free with Eugen Poenaru in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gherghita FCM's Iustinian Elefteriu got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tudor Rucăreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Poenaru having to interfere. Robert Negulescu scored 3-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tudor Davidescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Daniel Călinescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tudor Davidescu was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. AS ErRoR's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
