Ivan Jușcă was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC ARCEL were furious when Pedrão Hoffmann was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Pedrão Hoffmann hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Fc Vld's Constantin Alamaru shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 16th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Horea Urdoi but with some difficulty. Ivan Jușcă didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kajetan Derlanga went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Gabriel Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Jușcă having to interfere. In the 27th minute Augustin Chitoran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Urdoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Fc Vld booed when FC ARCEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Marin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horea Urdoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iacob Tutunaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 39thth minute of the game Gabriel Marin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Vld's Ivan Jușcă was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emil Chifu's late challenge caught a FC ARCEL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Chifu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd match minute, Fc Vld was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Chifu to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Marin in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Jușcă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacobs Veitch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Horea Urdoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Chitoran in the 88th minute of the match. Gabriel Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Jușcă having to interfere. Jacobs Veitch kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. FC ARCEL's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
