A collision led to FC ARCEL getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gabriel Marin hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacobs Veitch in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gelu Armeanca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Gabriel Marin put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gelu Armeanca. FC ARCEL's Jacobs Veitch got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the game, FC ARCEL's Jacobs Veitch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gelu Armeanca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Gabriel Marin struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Gelu Armeanca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ARCEL. In the 34th minute Jacobs Veitch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Armeanca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Lupii Dacici getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Paul Lucescu hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Lupii Dacici's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Marin came free, but Gelu Armeanca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Gabriel Marin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Lupii Dacici getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Sorin Păunescu hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gabriel Marin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Horea Urdoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sorin Păunescu in the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, FC ARCEL's Jacobs Veitch ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gelu Armeanca. Gelu Armeanca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Gelu Armeanca was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Gabriel Marin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gabriel Marin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 65th minute, Albert Răduțu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lupii Dacici fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. FC ARCEL's Horea Urdoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Miulescu in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, FC ARCEL's Jacobs Veitch sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gelu Armeanca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Lupii Dacici defense, Gabriel Marin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gelu Armeanca. The Lupii Dacici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gelu Armeanca should have stopped the shot. If Emanuel Baicea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Marin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-6 in the 81st playminute. After a rather tough play, Lupii Dacici's Sebastian Miulescu got a free kick in the 86th minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Jacobs Veitch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC ARCEL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacobs Veitch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Gabriel Marin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Jacobs Veitch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC ARCEL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lupii Dacici the free kick. 96 minutes into the match, Lupii Dacici's goalkeeper Gelu Armeanca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Marin. The Lupii Dacici supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC ARCEL's performance. The match ended with a win for FC ARCEL.
