Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ovidiu Boteanu started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, FC ARCEL's Horea Urdoi got control of the ball when Damian Benga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damian Benga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute, Damian Benga made a precise shot to the right of Horea Urdoi. FC ARCEL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 8 played minutes Copalnic got a freekick which was hit by Ovidiu Boteanu. Jacobs Veitch took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidiu Nenițescu. Ovidiu Nenițescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 14 minutes into the match, Copalnic's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Marin came free, but Ovidiu Nenițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Marin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobs Veitch scored 1-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ovidiu Nenițescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Horea Urdoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damian Benga in the 25th minute. Damian Benga hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The FC ARCEL fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when FC ARCEL's Gabriel Marin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Damian Benga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidiu Boteanu charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ovidiu Boteanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute Gabriel Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Nenițescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Copalnic's Ovidiu Boteanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Horea Urdoi. That made the score 2-3 after 48 minutes of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriel Marin to make the kick off. Allan de Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. A hard shot 68 in the game by Gabriel Marin from a close distance when the talented Ovidiu Nenițescu managed to make a qualified save. Copalnic's players were relieved. Ovidiu Nenițescu came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by FC ARCEL's Jacobs Veitch. But to his dismay, Jacobs Veitch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Ovidiu Boteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horea Urdoi having to interfere. When Codruț Cînu fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Copalnic's protests and gave Codruț Cînu a yellow card for diving instead. After 85 played minutes Copalnic got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Cînu. After 90 minutes of play, FC ARCEL's Gabriel Marin made it 2-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovidiu Nenițescu was left in no man's land by his defense there!
