Spectators: 7073 (Terracing: 5150, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Valentin Verzea got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Valentin Verzea made a precise shot to the right of Codrin Zburlea. Timisoara 1921's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Iulian Costandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Chiriță, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Valentin Verzea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Codrin Zburlea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Horaţiu Durbac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Zburlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Codrin Zburlea came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by NeverGiveUp's Valentin Verzea. But to his dismay, Valentin Verzea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octav Vătăşel in the 25th minute of play forced Timisoara 1921's goalkeeper Codrin Zburlea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Codrin Zburlea came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by NeverGiveUp's Octav Vătăşel. But to his dismay, Octav Vătăşel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 30 minutes into the match, Timisoara 1921's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Durbac came free, but Codrin Zburlea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vintilă Coraș scored 0-6 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Codrin Zburlea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th match minute, Timisoara 1921 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustin Stelian to maneuver through the defense. Constantin Danciu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 38th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 40th minute, Valentin Verzea made a precise shot to the right of Codrin Zburlea. Timisoara 1921's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. If Octav Vătăşel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. NeverGiveUp's Horaţiu Durbac suffered a sore thigh after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augustin Stelian during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Augustin Stelian kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. Codrin Zburlea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantin Danciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Chiriță to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Octav Vătăşel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Codrin Zburlea. That made the score 0-9 in the 55 minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match, Valentin Verzea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Codrin Zburlea saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Timisoara 1921's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Eusebiu Bologa scored to the left of an out of position Codrin Zburlea, making the score, 0-10. In the 64th minute of the match, Valentin Verzea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Codrin Zburlea saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 65th minute Valentin Verzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Zburlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Timisoara 1921's Augustin Stelian got a free kick in the 68th minute. Constantin Danciu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Codrin Zburlea made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Valentin Verzea sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as NeverGiveUp's Valentin Verzea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Codrin Zburlea. That made the score 0-11 after 72 minutes of play. Timisoara 1921's Codrin Zburlea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebiu Bologa in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, NeverGiveUp's Valentin Verzea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-12. After a rather tough play, Timisoara 1921's Dinu Dănciulescu got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the game, Octav Vătăşel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Codrin Zburlea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Codrin Zburlea was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Valentin Verzea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valentin Verzea really showed his touch with that goal: 0-14. Valentin Verzea hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Iulian Costandin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Chiriță in the 96th minute of play. The NeverGiveUp fans' excitement grew in the 98th match minute when NeverGiveUp's Octav Vătăşel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-15 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match was over NeverGiveUp could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Timisoara 1921 throughout the match.
