Nicu Stoicescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 10th minute, Anton Grigorie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonard Luican could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Emilian Aalexoaiei made a huge save. 13 minutes into the match, Fc Luup RO's goal looked a bit too open when Gigel Nicolaescu came free, but Emilian Aalexoaiei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Nicolaescu in the 14th minute of play forced Fc Luup RO's goalkeeper Emilian Aalexoaiei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 played minutes Fc Luup RO got a freekick which was hit by Cosmin Atodiresei. Leonard Luican in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emilian Aalexoaiei, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Strimbulici SC's Gigel Nicolaescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emilian Aalexoaiei. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. With a little luck, Fc Luup RO's Emilian Aalexoaiei got control of the ball when Alin Agârbiceanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosmin Atodiresei in the 23rd minute of play forced Strimbulici SC's goalkeeper Iordache Băncilă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iordache Băncilă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicu Stoicescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emilian Aalexoaiei didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sever Barbălată went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute, Nistor Armeanca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anton Grigorie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Emilian Aalexoaiei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Luican in the 55th minute of play. After 56 played minutes Fc Luup RO got a freekick which was hit by George Chivu. 59 minutes into the match, Fc Luup RO's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Luican came free, but Emilian Aalexoaiei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosmin Atodiresei hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Mihăiţă Pavelescu came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Fc Luup RO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihăiţă Pavelescu couldn't finish the play. Emilian Aalexoaiei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigel Nicolaescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sever Barbălată charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sever Barbălată the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mihăiţă Pavelescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Iordache Băncilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiberiu Busuioceanu lost his temper 70 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Strimbulici SC! In the 82nd minute of the match Fc Luup RO got a corner. Strimbulici SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cosmin Atodiresei ran over to the corner to take the kick. Iordache Băncilă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihăiţă Pavelescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emilian Aalexoaiei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Barbălată in the 86th minute of the match. Strimbulici SC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mihăiţă Pavelescu 89 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. In the 93rd minute Mihăiţă Pavelescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordache Băncilă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th match minute, Fc Luup RO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Grigorie to maneuver through the defense. The Fc Luup RO players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
