Emil Vrabie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ionică Trişcu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicu Dobre having to make a save. Nicu Dobre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silviu Bădila in the 10th minute of play. After 14 played minutes FC Bora Bora got a freekick which was hit by Ionică Trişcu. In the 18th minute, Silviu Bădila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicu Dobre was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 28 played minutes FC Bora Bora got a freekick which was hit by Ionică Trişcu. Colteni's Nicu Dobre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionică Trişcu in the 31st minute of play. Emil Vrabie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustin Negrițoiu having to interfere. The supporters of Colteni booed when FC Bora Bora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosmin Anton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marius Hârșu hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, FC Bora Bora's Nicu Dobre threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Flavius Minda, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 38 minutes into the match, Silviu Bădila notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Colteni's Nicu Dobre. Nicu Dobre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 44 minutes into the match, Colteni's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Minda came free, but Nicu Dobre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silviu Bădila struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Nicu Dobre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bora Bora. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horea Marchidan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Horea Marchidan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colteni's supporters rose to their feet, but Horea Marchidan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iustin Negrițoiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silviu Bădila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ionică Trişcu scored 3-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicu Dobre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iustin Negrițoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horea Marchidan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Bora Bora's Iustin Negrițoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Marchidan in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionică Trişcu in the 66th minute of play forced Colteni's goalkeeper Nicu Dobre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Colteni's goal looked a bit too open when Ionică Trişcu came free, but Nicu Dobre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Ionică Trişcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicu Dobre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 played minutes Colteni got a freekick which was hit by Claudiu Codreanu. Silviu Bădila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Dobre having to interfere. Ioan Davidescu kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the FC Bora Bora players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
