Spectators: 7848 (Terracing: 5888, Seating: 1804, VIP seats: 156) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cristinel Bujor made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valer Buhăescu in the 3rd minute of play forced Cosimo Deva's goalkeeper Hugo Juhás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ionel Maghear made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristinel Bujor in the 6th minute of play. Andrei Pușcașu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 10th match minute, UFC Piluganii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valer Buhăescu to maneuver through the defense. Costin Bologan's late challenge caught a Cosimo Deva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Costin Bologan helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in UFC Piluganii fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Ionel Maghear, was totally fooled by Cosimo Deva's Grigore Bîndean, who 12 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The supporters of UFC Piluganii booed when Cosimo Deva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavian Carp didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Servando in the 18th minute of play forced Cosimo Deva's goalkeeper Hugo Juhás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosimo Deva's Hugo Juhás played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Meleșcanu in the 22nd minute of play. Ionel Maghear made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Andrei Pușcașu sent off a good shot on target. When Lucrețiu Meleșcanu came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the UFC Piluganii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucrețiu Meleșcanu couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Cosimo Deva's Ionel Maghear threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristinel Bujor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, UFC Piluganii's Horea Udroiu got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Cosimo Deva's Andrei Pușcașu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Hugo Juhás showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Servando, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Andrei Pușcașu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ionel Maghear having to interfere. Cristinel Bujor scored 3-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ionel Maghear, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 44 minutes, Octavian Carp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cosimo Deva and the UFC Piluganii players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cosimo Deva's Octavian Carp got a free kick in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Cristinel Bujor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ionel Maghear, 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernabe Servando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hugo Juhás made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Valeriu Anastasiu sent off a good shot on target. Ionel Maghear showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigore Bîndean, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Isac Arghirescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, UFC Piluganii's goal looked a bit too open when Cristinel Bujor came free, but Ionel Maghear reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ionel Maghear stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrei Pușcașu's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. If Cristinel Bujor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Juhás showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabe Servando in the 71st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in UFC Piluganii's zone, Andrei Pușcașu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ionel Maghear came out of the goal and Andrei Pușcașu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the game, Cosimo Deva's Dan Zamfirescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ionel Maghear made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. After 78 played minutes Cosimo Deva got a freekick which was hit by Octavian Carp. In the 81st minute, Andrei Pușcașu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucrețiu Meleșcanu hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Andrei Pușcașu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrei Pușcașu took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ionel Maghear. Ionel Maghear dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. 91 minutes into the game, Cristinel Bujor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Ionel Maghear was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ionel Maghear showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristinel Bujor in the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Cosimo Deva were the better team. Cosimo Deva's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
