Spectators: 7886 (Terracing: 5915, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 157) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cristinel Bujor kicked off to start the match. In the 7thth minute of the game Cristinel Bujor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poli Iasi's Dorin Mercea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Cosimo Deva booed when Poli Iasi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Tănăsocă didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Ciolacu in the 11th minute of play forced Cosimo Deva's goalkeeper Hugo Juhás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrei Pușcașu scored 3-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorin Mercea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Niculae Ene made in the 27th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cosimo Deva's Isac Arghirescu. Cosimo Deva's Cristinel Bujor got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Juhás took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugen Ciolacu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Ciolacu in the 31st minute of play forced Cosimo Deva's goalkeeper Hugo Juhás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Poli Iasi's zone, Andrei Pușcașu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorin Mercea came out of the goal and Andrei Pușcașu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristinel Bujor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Poli Iasi getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Flavius Bolcaș hit a great ball. Cristinel Bujor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorin Mercea having to interfere. Hugo Juhás showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pompiliu Spiridon in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Pompiliu Spiridon made the kick off in the second half. Cosimo Deva's Isac Arghirescu got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Poli Iasi's zone, Cristinel Bujor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorin Mercea came out of the goal and Cristinel Bujor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isac Arghirescu charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isac Arghirescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andrei Pușcașu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristinel Bujor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorin Mercea having to interfere. The supporters of Poli Iasi booed when Cosimo Deva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrei Pușcașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Andrei Pușcașu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Poli Iasi's Dorin Mercea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Pușcașu in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Cristinel Bujor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Dorin Mercea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
