Spectators: 7669 (Terracing: 5752, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 153) Botean's Ovidiu Elian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavius Minda in the 3rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Flavius Minda kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ovidiu Elian. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. When Silviu Bădila came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the FC Bora Bora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silviu Bădila couldn't finish the play. After 11 played minutes FC Bora Bora got a freekick which was hit by Cazimir Cumpan. Silviu Bădila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Ovidiu Elian made a huge save. With his leg Ovidiu Elian managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when FC Bora Bora's Silviu Bădila fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cazimir Cumpan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavius Minda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silviu Bădila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ovidiu Elian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Silviu Bădila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silviu Bădila's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Ovidiu Elian skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Flavius Minda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ovidiu Elian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Botean's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Minda came free, but Ovidiu Elian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Grigore Coșereanu made the kick off in the second half. Grigore Coșereanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Basarab Baltian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ionică Trişcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidiu Elian having to interfere. Ovidiu Elian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silviu Bădila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ovidiu Elian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silviu Bădila in the 60th minute of the match. Grigore Coșereanu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Flavius Minda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Flavius Minda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Botean's goal looked a bit too open when Silviu Bădila came free, but Ovidiu Elian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavius Minda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silviu Bădila in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidiu Elian saved Botean from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Cazimir Cumpan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grigore Coșereanu charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Grigore Coșereanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd match minute, Botean was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigore Coșereanu to maneuver through the defense. If Codrin Valerian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Bora Bora's Flavius Minda got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC Bora Bora players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
