After a rather tough play, Cosimo Deva's Andrei Pușcașu got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 5 minutes of play, Cosimo Deva's Cristinel Bujor made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luca Papaiani was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Goma during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Cosimo Deva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Goma to maneuver through the defense. Cristinel Bujor scored 0-3 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luca Papaiani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Fc Rapid Bucuresti's goal looked a bit too open when Andrei Pușcașu came free, but Luca Papaiani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Andrei Pușcașu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Papaiani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristinel Bujor in the 22nd minute of play forced Fc Rapid Bucuresti's goalkeeper Luca Papaiani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristinel Bujor took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luca Papaiani. Luca Papaiani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Luca Papaiani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Pușcașu in the 28th minute of play. Luca Papaiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristinel Bujor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristinel Bujor in the 37th minute of play forced Fc Rapid Bucuresti's goalkeeper Luca Papaiani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Dan Zamfirescu made a precise shot to the right of Luca Papaiani. Fc Rapid Bucuresti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Isac Arghirescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luca Papaiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristinel Bujor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Cosimo Deva were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sergiu Mihalcea to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Andrei Pușcașu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luca Papaiani made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Dan Zamfirescu sent off a good shot on target. Luca Papaiani was a little too slow when Cristinel Bujor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-6. Luca Papaiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristinel Bujor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cosimo Deva's Ilie Mirea quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eusebiu Baltian, made in the 63rd minute of the game. Andrei Pușcașu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Luca Papaiani made a huge save. Luca Papaiani made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Andrei Pușcașu sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute of the match, Andrei Pușcașu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luca Papaiani was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 75 minutes into the game, Cosimo Deva's Andrei Pușcașu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luca Papaiani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Isac Arghirescu kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Luca Papaiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Arghirescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Fc Rapid Bucuresti's goalkeeper Luca Papaiani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dan Zamfirescu. Luca Papaiani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrei Pușcașu went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Cosimo Deva's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
