Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) UFC Piluganii's Bernabe Servando started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes UFC Piluganii got a freekick which was hit by Lucrețiu Meleșcanu. 7 minutes into the match, Valeriu Anastasiu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Sector 3's Silviu Fetanu. Silviu Fetanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 11 minutes into the match, UFC Piluganii's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Tâlvescu came free, but Ionel Maghear reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aron Mercea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ionel Maghear tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anton Mitescu hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. UFC Piluganii's Valeriu Anastasiu spiked a well placed long shot which went just inside the left pole, with no chance at all for Silviu Fetanu. Resulting in a 2-0 score after 17 minutes. 22 minutes into the game, one of UFC Piluganii:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 24th minute there was a penalty for FC Sector 3. Dacian Moromete stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ionel Maghear. 2-1. Aron Mercea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ionel Maghear read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Ionel Maghear made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Moromete in the 37th minute of play. Nistor Tâlvescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ionel Maghear. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nistor Tâlvescu ran back to his position shaking his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aron Mercea to strike the kick off in the second half. Ionel Maghear was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nistor Tâlvescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 52 minute of play. Leonard Banu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ionel Maghear tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ionel Maghear was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Valer Tutuianu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valer Tutuianu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. Valeriu Anastasiu scored 3-4 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silviu Fetanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Dacian Moromete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in UFC Piluganii's zone, Nistor Tâlvescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ionel Maghear came out of the goal and Nistor Tâlvescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silviu Fetanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabe Servando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, UFC Piluganii's Mihăiţă Ştoia got a free kick in the 80th minute. After recieving a nice pass, FC Sector 3's Dacian Moromete tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, FC Sector 3's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Servando came free, but Silviu Fetanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aron Mercea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Nistor Tâlvescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th match minute, UFC Piluganii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horea Udroiu to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Aron Mercea got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ionel Maghear took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacian Moromete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
