Spectators: 7717 (Terracing: 5789, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) C.F. Arthur's Iacob Dorlea started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bogdan Rușanu came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by ARJR's Nichifor Enătescu. But to his dismay, Nichifor Enătescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mihnea Cicortaș hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. If Horaţiu Brânza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlad Martin charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vlad Martin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th match minute, ARJR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlad Martin to maneuver through the defense. Mihnea Cicortaș scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bogdan Rușanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bogdan Rușanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nichifor Enătescu went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The ARJR fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when ARJR's Vlad Martin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lucian Dragomiroiu took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bogdan Rușanu. Bogdan Rușanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After 30 played minutes C.F. Arthur got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Radu. When Octav Albescu fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.F. Arthur's protests and gave Octav Albescu a yellow card for diving instead. After 31 played minutes C.F. Arthur got a freekick which was hit by Octav Albescu. Isac Elefterescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iacob Dorlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute Dacian Burtea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Elefterescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, C.F. Arthur's goal looked a bit too open when Nichifor Enătescu came free, but Bogdan Rușanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Rușanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nichifor Enătescu in the 41st minute of the match. Isac Elefterescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Dorlea in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Nichifor Enătescu notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of C.F. Arthur's Bogdan Rușanu. Bogdan Rușanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucian Dragomiroiu in the 47th minute of play forced C.F. Arthur's goalkeeper Bogdan Rușanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The C.F. Arthur players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ARJR were winning 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucian Dragomiroiu made a kick off. Bogdan Rușanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Enătescu in the 57th minute of play. With a little luck, C.F. Arthur's Bogdan Rușanu got control of the ball when Vlad Martin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isac Elefterescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iacob Dorlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogdan Rușanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucian Dragomiroiu in the 64th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucian Dragomiroiu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bogdan Rușanu. That made the score 0-7 in the 65 minute of play. After some careless play in the C.F. Arthur defense, Nichifor Enătescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogdan Rușanu. The C.F. Arthur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogdan Rușanu should have stopped the shot. Isac Elefterescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Dorlea in the 74th minute of play. ARJR's Isac Elefterescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Dorlea in the 75th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nichifor Enătescu in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bogdan Rușanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bogdan Rușanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Cicortaș in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, ARJR's goal looked a bit too open when Iacob Dorlea came free, but Isac Elefterescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dacian Burtea's late challenge caught a ARJR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dacian Burtea helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, C.F. Arthur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dacian Burtea to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to C.F. Arthur getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Augustin Gruia hit a great ball. Bogdan Rușanu made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Mihnea Cicortaș sent off a good shot on target. Nichifor Enătescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Bogdan Rușanu made a huge save. The ARJR supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ARJR would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
