Florin Bouleanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toar Duve's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rimeti's zone, Martin Bran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mircea Alucai came out of the goal and Martin Bran tried to chip the ball over his head. Mihai Savu hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Toar Duve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the LEGIO XIII GEMINA defense, Aurel Florei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florin Bouleanu.
