Maxim Doman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Bouleanu having to interfere. Maxim Doman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maxim Doman might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florin Bouleanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maxim Doman ran back to his position shaking his head. Maxim Doman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florin Bouleanu having to make a save. Maxim Doman had several of the LEGIO XIII GEMINA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Florin Bouleanu as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 36th minute of the match PHOENIX BUCURESTI got a corner. LEGIO XIII GEMINA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Filip Dincă ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maxim Doman made a kick off. Florin Bouleanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim Doman in the 52nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LEGIO XIII GEMINA's Dinu Giosu got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 55 minutes, Corneliu Zbanţ mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LEGIO XIII GEMINA and the PHOENIX BUCURESTI players grew even worse after the yellow card. Florin Bouleanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the LEGIO XIII GEMINA defense, Maxim Doman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florin Bouleanu. The LEGIO XIII GEMINA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florin Bouleanu should have stopped the shot. Florin Bouleanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Bulzan in the 84th minute of play. If George Bulzan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LEGIO XIII GEMINA's Florin Bouleanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Doman in the 88th minute of play. Maxim Doman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Bouleanu having to interfere. Florin Bouleanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustinian Luca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PHOENIX BUCURESTI had played much better football throughout.
