In the 7th minute Vasile Barbonța shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iustinian Zmărăndache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iustinian Zmărăndache came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by UFC Tariverde's 姜青适. But to his dismay, 姜青适 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Iustinian Zmărăndache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pompiliu Porumbescu in the 14th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, Jacinto Ramos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UFC Tariverde's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Universitatea Cluj the free kick. After 17 played minutes UFC Tariverde got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Ramos. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Iustinian Zmărăndache successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of FC Universitatea Cluj booed when UFC Tariverde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pompiliu Porumbescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Giannis Kalomiris scored 1-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Güralp Zümer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, UFC Tariverde's Jacinto Ramos got a free kick in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pompiliu Porumbescu in the 34th minute of play forced FC Universitatea Cluj's goalkeeper Iustinian Zmărăndache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Vasile Barbonța shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iustinian Zmărăndache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC Universitatea Cluj's Iustinian Zmărăndache got control of the ball when Vali Ghelmegean tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iustinian Zmărăndache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Porumbescu in the 42nd minute of play. The wind increased when Vasile Barbonța made the kick off in the second half. Iustinian Zmărăndache came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by UFC Tariverde's Pompiliu Porumbescu. But to his dismay, Pompiliu Porumbescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. 56 minutes into the match, Pompiliu Porumbescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iustinian Zmărăndache. FC Universitatea Cluj's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pompiliu Porumbescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Iustinian Zmărăndache didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vasile Barbonța went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Dacian Lupescu hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Giannis Kalomiris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iustinian Zmărăndache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 姜青适, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vali Ghelmegean in the 73rd minute of play forced FC Universitatea Cluj's goalkeeper Iustinian Zmărăndache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, FC Universitatea Cluj's goal looked a bit too open when 姜青适 came free, but Iustinian Zmărăndache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasile Barbonța in the 82nd minute of play forced FC Universitatea Cluj's goalkeeper Iustinian Zmărăndache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Universitatea Cluj's Iustinian Zmărăndache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Barbonța in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Vali Ghelmegean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iustinian Zmărăndache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Pompiliu Porumbescu made a precise shot to the right of Iustinian Zmărăndache. FC Universitatea Cluj's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. Vasile Barbonța sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the UFC Tariverde players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
