Spectators: 7665 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ionuț Anastasiu started the match with the kick off. Eugen Iliescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Traian Armanca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Comeat's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave gcg the free kick. After a rather tough play, Comeat's Irinel Pivniceru got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Iustinian Florean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Ionuț Anastasiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Crainic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Augustin Voina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augustin Voina in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Traian Armanca saved Comeat from getting behind. Iordache Negara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Traian Armanca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augustin Voina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Comeat's Irinel Pivniceru got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Traian Armanca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Voina, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Victor Bogdănescu charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Bogdănescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Iordache Negara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugen Iliescu to make the kick off. In the 57th minute Ionuț Anastasiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Crainic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dinu Burtea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Traian Armanca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Comeat's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Iliescu came free, but Traian Armanca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Traian Armanca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dinu Burtea went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, gcg's Dinu Burtea got a free kick in the 68th minute. When Iustinian Florean came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Comeat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iustinian Florean couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute Ionuț Anastasiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Crainic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Traian Armanca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Negara, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. With a little luck, Comeat's Traian Armanca got control of the ball when Iordache Negara tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Eugen Iliescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Iordache Negara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. gcg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iordache Negara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. gcg were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
