Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horaţiu Zmărăndache kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Martin Bran reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Niculae Urducea. The goal made the score 1-0. LEGIO XIII GEMINA's Florin Bouleanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorin Zglobiu in the 12th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Dorin Zglobiu put in a rough tackle. Dorel Călimanescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Florin Bouleanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihai Savu hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Niculae Urducea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gică Alexandru, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Gabriel Lozovan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Bouleanu having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Club13's goalkeeper Niculae Urducea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihai Savu. The crowd rose to their feet as LEGIO XIII GEMINA's Gică Alexandru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Niculae Urducea. That made the score 3-0 after 36 minutes of play. 45 minutes into the match, LEGIO XIII GEMINA's goal looked a bit too open when Cristinel Hapaina came free, but Florin Bouleanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Club13's Niculae Urducea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Savu in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Mihai Savu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niculae Urducea was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Gabriel Lozovan struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Florin Bouleanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club13. Cristinel Hapaina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florin Bouleanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After 65 minutes, Dinu Giosu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LEGIO XIII GEMINA and the Club13 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th minute, Dinu Giosu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Horaţiu Zmărăndache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, LEGIO XIII GEMINA's goalkeeper Florin Bouleanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Lozovan. In the 69th minute, Cristinel Hapaina fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 70 played minutes, Club13's Iustinian Ghimiș shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Florin Bouleanu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club13 reached it. In the 73rd minute, Cristinel Hapaina fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Bran in the 75th minute of play forced Club13's goalkeeper Niculae Urducea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Mihai Savu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Urducea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, LEGIO XIII GEMINA's goalkeeper Florin Bouleanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristinel Hapaina. Niculae Urducea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihai Savu in the 81st minute of the match. Gabriel Lozovan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 88th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Niculae Urducea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gică Alexandru in the 95th minute of play. LEGIO XIII GEMINA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
