The referee ignored Comeat's protests and gave Irinel Pivniceru a yellow card for diving instead. 17 minutes into the match, Rimeti's goal looked a bit too open when Iustinian Florean came free, but Mircea Alucai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurel Florei took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Traian Armanca. Traian Armanca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Aurel Florei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mircea Alucai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustinian Florean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th match minute, Rimeti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horaţiu Ilica to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Iustinian Florean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Comeat fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Toar Duves short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Traian Armanca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rimeti's Aurel Florei got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Toar Duve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Traian Armanca having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Aurel Florei notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Comeat's Traian Armanca. Traian Armanca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Comeat's Traian Armanca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toar Duve in the 61st minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rimeti had played much better football throughout.
