Spectators: 7734 (Terracing: 5800, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 154) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Stelian Floreanu made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Scrioastea defense, Liviu Hănescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cazimir Belu. The Scrioastea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cazimir Belu should have stopped the shot. Cazimir Belu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo-Hernán Colidio's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. The audience was convinced that Liviu Hănescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cazimir Belu was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Cazimir Belu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liviu Hănescu in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Scrioastea's goal looked a bit too open when Emilian Comăneci came free, but Cazimir Belu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cazimir Belu came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by BANAT VIOLA's Emilian Comăneci. But to his dismay, Emilian Comăneci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 35 played minutes BANAT VIOLA got a freekick which was hit by Mădălin Bârlea. 43 minutes into the match, Emilian Comăneci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cazimir Belu. Scrioastea's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emilian Comăneci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Stelian Floreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Emilio Miconi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Liviu Hănescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cazimir Belu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilian Comăneci in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Emilian Comăneci dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cazimir Belu, 0-6. After a rather tough play, BANAT VIOLA's Gustavo-Hernán Colidio got a free kick in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelian Floreanu in the 59th minute of play forced BANAT VIOLA's goalkeeper Emilio Miconi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BANAT VIOLA's Mădălin Bârlea got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Cazimir Belu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilian Comăneci in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cazimir Belu saved Scrioastea from getting behind. 74 minutes into the game, Gustavo-Hernán Colidio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cazimir Belu. Gustavo-Hernán Colidio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. In the 79th minute of the match Gică Tudose shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emilio Miconi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 82 minutes of play, BANAT VIOLA's Emilian Comăneci made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cazimir Belu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 0-10 became the score in the 86th minute when Gustavo-Hernán Colidio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Gustavo-Hernán Colidio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Liviu Hănescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Cazimir Belu made a huge save. Liviu Hănescu made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 94thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Cazimir Belu would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. BANAT VIOLA played a much better game than Scrioastea and deserved their victory. The Scrioastea players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
