Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Marin Augustin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th minute Sergiu Istrătescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vintilă Olariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Iosif Barbu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filip Munteanu struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Vintilă Olariu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liga Lui BuNiCu. In the 13th minute, Emanuel Stelian made a precise shot to the right of Vintilă Olariu. Smirna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 17th match minute, Smirna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nistor Mihălțan to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Liga Lui BuNiCu's Sergiu Istrătescu tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Güngör Çolakoğlu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Smirna's Vintilă Olariu. Vintilă Olariu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vintilă Olariu came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Liga Lui BuNiCu's Emanuel Stelian. But to his dismay, Emanuel Stelian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Liga Lui BuNiCu's Güngör Çolakoğlu in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Smirna's goalie prevented a goal. Vintilă Olariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iosif Barbu in the 35th minute of play. Güngör Çolakoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vintilă Olariu having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Güngör Çolakoğlu was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Liga Lui BuNiCu got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Stelian. Marin Augustin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurel Dobrin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Liga Lui BuNiCu getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Emanuel Stelian hit a great ball. Aurel Dobrin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucian Negulescu went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Lucian Negulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Smirna's attentive Francisc Bratu managed to snatch the ball when Cristian Robu made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. Vintilă Olariu made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Güngör Çolakoğlu sent off a good shot on target. Liga Lui BuNiCu's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
